There are many problems at Criton, which seem to be the result of a very inexperienced and ineffective management team. The CEO and many of her team members cannot listen. They consistently make poorly informed decisions, ignore employee feedback, and generally treat both employees and customers poorly. The CEO also has some kind of saviour complex in which she believes she saved helpless people from the streets and gave them a chance at life. She often brings up this issue when good people leave the company. This feels like intimidation rather than constructive feedback. I will never work for this company or for this CEO again.
