Pros

Good everyday people, kind and helpful except for the owner and Co -owner.

Cons

Worked here for over four plus years, at first everything seemed good but the Owner and Co owner started to deviate from what the original owner had built for over 30 years. The Co owner is a young kid with a chip on his shoulder that thinks the world revolves around him. He has changed the company to a favoritism, not performance based compensation. Does not know how to discipline an employee when something is done wrong, actually praises more than reprimand and this sends the wrong signal and the employee that did something wrong thinks that it ti is acceptable due to the demeanor of the co owner. The favorite employees get extra pay above their regular pay for actually doing their job, while others that go above and beyond everyday do not get recognition. The accounting department is a total fiasco and customer service has a lot to correct, mistakes are made everyday that affect the work flow, but nothing is done. Some of us are told to falsify the work orders to make a bigger sale, placement of dead rats in an attic that does not have rats is very common. There are some supervisors that go above and beyond for their employees. I wish I worked for them things would be so much easier. Several of us and I will be resigning at the end of the year if things do not improve with the sale to corporate. STAY AWAY!

Pros

Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

Cons

Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
