      Pros

      I started my career at Critter Control and it was like a family to me. I had flexibility and was very happy there. I learned many new things and helped develop my knowledge with computer systems.

      Cons

      There wasn't much room for growth for me.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
