Pros
Fairly mindless work, once you get the hang of everything there aren't many surprises. Company Vehicle. Coworkers tend to be chill enough
Cons
You are the trash can for everyone's mistakes. Customer is mad? Yo deal with it. Salesman lie about what would be covered? You deal with it. You don't have the materials you need? You deal with it. Management actively tries to screw over employees in several ways: 1- Adjusting hours. They Schedule you 60 hours one week, 30 the next? Surprise, 10 of those overtime hours are bumped to the week with 30, so you don't get paid x1.5 for them 2- Driving - Not only are you not paid foryour drive to or from job site, they actively route you to your farthest stop last, so you'll drive home for hours but not be paid 3-Lying to customers - Sales team actively lies about issues, which puts you in the position, when the customer asks, of either looking inept, lying, or telling them they don't need what they are paying for. 4-Protective Gear - You have to ask, and refuse to work until you get the gear you need, or else you wont get it. Theyll send you to remove a bees nest with a can of wasp spray and a short sleeve shirt 5-Training - They only pay you for it if you demand it. Multiple reports of new and older people not being paid, and others saying they did.
