Pros

Above standard benefits, Large company with easy ability to transfer around the country. Commission based pay scale has the potential to be quite lucrative.

Cons

Pest control company that (at the time) was not licensed to spray chemicals in Washington. They managed to avoid telling that to customers unless asked directly. Extremely long hours with 10-25+ hours of overtime per week. Seattle location was vastly understaffed which resulted in 3 technicians handling the workload of 12. Pay was very close to local minimum wage ($18.50 for Seattle, WA) plus 5% commission. Great majority of work orders were less the $80 so commission was negligible. A coworker of mine at the time was told that a raise was not currently possible, but when I gave my 2 week notice I was offered a $2 raise just to stay.
