Pros
The company is open to hiring freshers and gives them an opportunity to gain initial corporate exposure. For someone looking for any entry level experience, the bar for entry is low.
Cons
Salary commitments made in writing were not honoured and required repeated escalation. No offer letter is provided, leaving employees with no formal documentation of employment terms. There is no structured training or onboarding period — freshers are expected to figure things out on their own. The company operates more like a call centre, with most juniors being pushed into client calling roles regardless of their skills or background. Department shifts are frequent and arbitrary, making it impossible to develop any meaningful expertise in one area. Senior employees are dismissive and hostile towards juniors. HR is unprofessional and unresponsive to legitimate employee concerns. During my tenure, there was a regulatory inspection, and I was asked to describe my work differently to the authorities than what I actually did — which raised serious ethical concerns for me personally. Employees should be aware of the kind of situations they may be put in at this organisation.
