Pros
The only real advantage is work-life balance—and that’s mainly because no one really cares. Beyond that, there’s little to highlight.
Cons
The “family culture” is just an excuse for inefficiency and favoritism. Long-serving employees have disproportionate influence, while management turns a blind eye to their unconstructive and sometimes nonsensical input. This results in slow progress, low accountability, and a workplace where people are more focused on drawing a salary than doing actual work.
