Awful place to work - Anonymous employee Croft Production Systems Employee Review

Working at Croft was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you are in the midst of interviewing or considering working for them, please read the reviews. There is so much truth behind the words that someone so candidly chose to write. I can attest that the positive ones were written because the owner forced employees to write them. He wanted his ratings to go up. To pinpoint some of the cons that other employees have shared on this platform; if you’re a woman and pretty, you have the job. The owner once shared a stat that women are more productive/successful in the workplace compared to men, therefore, he wanted to hire as many women as he could. If you don’t side with management you will eventually become a target, the owner always had one, and eventually he would boot them out the door. It’s important to note that the owner was always the one to gossip, talk to others about someone, he was always the one doing the gaslighting. The company has absolutely no values. On paper they do, but they don’t actually follow them or believe in them. They say one thing to customers and do another. And don’t think for a second the owner will actually take the time to talk to a customer, not unless he has his trusty sidekick by his side to answer all the questions on his behalf. There is a reason there are so many negative reviews, why the turnover is high for a small business, and why they continue to have the same positions posted time and time again. Croft Production Systems is an extremely toxic place to work. The owner shows favoritism towards a handful of individuals, which also means he protects them, even when they don’t do their jobs. I would not recommend working for a company and owner like Croft, look elsewhere, I can promise you there are much better places to devote your time and talent than here.
