-A LOT of untalented people here that should be fired and replaced with fresh talented hardworking young people. Many employees are mediocre at their job and continue to do things the way they have always done them. -Do not expect to do any cutting edge or elegant designs. Everything that comes out of the office will be very average, bland, and safe. -Firm is run more like business with not much thought about the quality of architecture being produced. -There are many culturally unoriginal people here, best can be described as "basic". You will have a hard time fitting in if you do not like things such as Taylor Swift, The Braves, golf, football, shooting guns, and especially if you do not have a strong connection to the church.
