      - talented, fun and hardworking staff teams - awesome volunteers - good benefits - fair career pathing

      Cons

      - no cons big enough to make me want to leave. It’s hard work and I don’t mind hard work. Do have to watch work/life balance to avoid burnout. Have always been encouraged to take time off as I need it.
