      Pros

      Gute, mittelständische CRO mit flachen Hierarchien, internationaler Teamstruktur und guter Mitarbeiterzusammenhalt. Man erhält eine gute Einsicht in alle Unternehmenabläufe und Prozesse.

      Cons

      Geringe Aufstiegschancen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, Gehalt, compensation & benefits sind im Verleich zu anderen CROs nicht kompetitiv. Bürogebäude leider nicht sehr repräsentativ.

      Pros

      Mid Sized company where people are heard and respected. It's an ISO certified company where we have lots of training, and where proactivity and ideas for any improvement in our day to day are encouraged. It's refreshing to see a company where, it's not just about the bottom line, but at the end of the day, patient care and data integrity are our ultimate concern.

      Cons

      If you want to remain anonymous or apathetic, this is not the company for you. Thinking and being a respectful, team participant is a must.
