Pros
I've been working here for more than 10 years. I saw the company grow from small organisation where we were only 15 employees until get medium-size regional CRO where we are almost more than 300 and we maintained the same standards and quality. We developed several tools which allowed us to manage our clients and businesses. I had the possibility to cover several roles in the company, both operational and management ones. My work has been always appreciated. I met a lot of people from different countries, both actual and former employees, and had the possibility to learn their cultures and most of them became very good friends. I learned a lot while working here and from professional point of view I'm satisfied. I found good place and atmosphere to work. Good balance between work and personal life. There’s a lot of enthusiasm and good synergy among the people. Of course there is always room to improve ourselves and this is always a challenge day by day and years after years.
Cons
Maybe sometimes people are not listened to/considered. We are customer driven company but we should take care also the employee.
