Pros
Managers are competent and don’t try to “prove” themselves by overdoing it with giving orders or demanding things get done in a certain way or by a certain time. They put more effort into communicating with employees than in making themselves look good and that’s something I can respect to this day.
Cons
I wanted to work somewhere with more growth opportunities.
