Workplace conflicts are not uncommon, with a noticeable lack of professionalism in resolving them, contributing to an overall sense of unnecessary drama. Human Resources is nearly non-existent, leaving employees without clear avenues for support or conflict resolution. This lack of structure further undermines respect and collaboration across teams. While there are some good people at the company, the overall culture and environment make it difficult to recommend this as a positive place to work.
