At the time, what was needed was a combination of building data and AI infrastructure, running and improving algorithms, and pure R&D research work, which, to clarify, you were the lead on until you left. Health accommodations are handled case‑by‑case and with documentation: When medical issues arise, we offer short‑term WFH, sick leave or adjusted goals once we receive the relevant information. From the first interview, you specified that your health condition would not affect your work. Then, four months in, you asked for flexibility around "working-from-bed" for 10-14 days and premeditated future sick leave months in advance. Runway and job security have strengthened since 2024: Our runway position was clearly communicated to you by our recruiter and us during the first interview. As a team, we have achieved our highest annual sales so far and extended the runway significantly, ensuring job security for our entire team. Cropsy has never undergone a redundancy process since its inception. That stability lets us keep pushing the technical envelope without compromising on people.
