The owner and his family were lovely, all great people, very invested in the company and their employees.

Unfortunately things have changed since they were taken over by another company a few years back.

Flexibility with the opportunity to work remote.

Micromanaged by managers who were constantly changed out every year. Also, no room for movement within the company (they did make this clear in the interview). Benefits progressively got worse when WageWorks took over.
