Can't keep up with industry standard programs. No health care. Raises are 3-5% (so request for a much higher salary than you normally would). Only advancement opportunity is to wait for a PM to leave and try to secure that spot. Owner micro manages whether or not you're ahead of schedule. You have to juggle 4-10 projects at once. Not a bad company to start at but a lot of smaller things add up to general unhappiness and stress.
