Pros
I had read online reviews and was hesitant to accept work as a 1099 adjuster. I met an adjuster at a conference who had worked for them for 12 years and said they were a great company. I signed up and agreed to handle two claims. A year later they are the only firm I work for. It has been a great experience and I have nothing but positive things to say. There has never been a week in this year I could not have handled 20+ claims, many times I have had to cry uncle and ask for a break. The volume of claims they service is unlike anything I have seen in the industry. Would recommend CCA to anyone.
Cons
I would not recommend CCA to a new adjuster. They work for a ton of Carriers so the type of work and guidelines can be overwhelming. They also require Symbility and Xactimate, your work will be split evenly among them. Trying to keep guidelines straight among the clients is sometimes problematic. Some of the higher volume clients dont pay the best but volume makes up for it but they also have high paying fee schedule claims as well.
