Pros

They seem great offering initial high hourly pay and benefits but the benefits are lackluster and expensive, taking a very sizable chunk from your checks for even the most basic plans. Coupled with random time off and half days from the school and your take home pay is increasingly unstable

Cons

School districts often use staffing agencies like these in order to not pay staff for full school benefits or during any time off during the school year. It also ensures that they’re able to fire you at the drop of a hat should they find something they dislike about you.

Pros

Nothing in my short dealings with them.

Cons

This is a company that places healthcare providers for locum assignments. My experience was that I accepted an assignment (they reached out to me) and rearranged my life and the lives of my other co-workers to accept an assignment. Then, I received no communication until an email with regrets that the assignment parameters were changing. I took great pains to ensure they knew that I did not have a specific credential and my rep apparently did not know the credential was required for this assignment. Extremely poor interaction, lack of communication. There are many, many companies that do this work that are great to partner with - avoid this one. As a locum, you are already stepping into an unfamiliar role and you must be able to trust the information you are provided with at the outset. Additionally, it often takes Herculean efforts to arrange schedules to be able to pick up assignments on the fly. This company is not trustworthy and they do not seem to care about the inconveniences they cause or the revenue / opportunities lost due to their carelessness or ignorance.
