Pros

You are thrown into the trenches of the mobile advertising world and boy do you learn! They make an effort for you to be at big conventions like GDC in San Francisco.

Cons

There is such a high turnover rate that it's alarming. Filled with young college grads instead of experienced professionals. Pretty low pay and asked to work extremely long hours. It's not normal to be asked to work a 12-15 hour day. No working from home, only a handful of holidays and unrealistic expectations for their employees. Workload is unevenly distributed among colleagues. I was actually able to handle my work so they kept giving me more accounts. Let's just say I've always been employed for years and I quit after 6 months.
