In office gym and workout classes. Pay is good.
Cons
Annual Layoffs - employees constantly in fear. Upper Management hides the mass layoffs by individually laying off small groups at a time. No training. Middle & Upper Management does not care about employees Benefits are pretty bad Gym available but management only wants you to utilize during lunch/before/after work
