Nothing I can think of

I'm going to reach my year mark soon. I'm glad that I took this offer. In less than I year I have been involved in many projects that have drastically improved our software. It's been refreshing to work with a dynamic team that takes into consideration ideas and suggestions that make the product better. I work directly with clients and have built relationships with them. Again since it's been less than a year, I am very happy with the trajectory my career is going with this company.

I think having different parts of the company working in different time zones can be tough. But it's something that seems to be going in the right direction in terms of trying to bridge the gap it might cause.
