Pros

Friendly co-workers. EXCELLENT learning experience. Lots of hands-on with their technology. Willing to negotiate PTO days. Overtime.

Cons

Low pay. Management is pre-adolescent and doesn't know what they are doing. They will scam you out of expense checks (with some lame excuse why they cant pay you), they will "forget" about all of your PTO you've earned since they "extra PTO" isn't kept on their payroll books, its kept within your immediate supervisor, LOTS of bureaucracy within the company, they claim they have room for you to 'move up' but really there isnt. They also follow a 1-strike rule; one warning and you are fired. They take all of your hard earned PTO, your hard earned bonus, etc.

Great management in NA Delivery and PMO. Family first values. Supportive, collaborative, team environment. Great place to learn and grow career. Opportunities to grow career and move within the company. Invests in employees.

Cons

I think this is pretty common everywhere these days but insurance seems to be pretty expensive, that's why I gave four stars on benefits. To be fair, the high plan fits my family the best, but that would be the biggest draw back to me.
