Pros

Worked with some great colleagues. Also some of their clients treated us exceptional. Generous with the time off. Some management was excellent. Used to have lunch and learns with people from other sites but they axed it. Used to have nice holiday parties.

Cons

Slim to no pay raises. Benefits rose every year and had to pay a lot out of pocket Too many lateral moves as they call them when you should be getting paid more All the people who were good workers leave for greener pastures as always Company was in the black a few million and you sent out 15 dollar gift cards as a thank you! How about a real bonus at Christmas time.

Great management in NA Delivery and PMO. Family first values. Supportive, collaborative, team environment. Great place to learn and grow career. Opportunities to grow career and move within the company. Invests in employees.

Cons

I think this is pretty common everywhere these days but insurance seems to be pretty expensive, that's why I gave four stars on benefits. To be fair, the high plan fits my family the best, but that would be the biggest draw back to me.
