Pros
They can give you a job that will cover maybe some of your skill sets when you have no other option.
Cons
If you expect to be treated as a trusted or valued employee, or even a human being, paid close to even industry standards .... Don't even bother thinking of working there. Your options for career growth are limited to none and what they try to sell you to get you in the door is rarely if ever seen later on. Its more about who you know or related to than what you know or are capable of. You can expect to be treated less like an employee and more like an indentured servant and they think you should be grateful for the little to none of anything they do give you. When they say its a family values business, it is, the owners families and their pockets, not yours.
