Work was mostly local and steady. Never had pay issues.
Cons
Was a sinking ship. Made CM after a few predecessors neglected their duties. Tried to help, did my duties, caught up the backlog, ran crews in the field, taught new foremen, and worked so many hours I was making less than the green beans.
