Pros
Crossover’s idea on changing health care is great, but failing at trying to obtain the goal. Lots of great co-workers who try hard to give their patients the best care.
Cons
Favoritism is huge even within the upper management roles. Those who are favored with succeed and those who aren’t will feel the repercussions. Taking time off because you are sick, or have to attend to an ill family member, is like pulling teeth. This is a company who wants to “better and change” health care, however, they over work their employees, and get angry when they need time off.
