Is this your company?

It won’t be long before this company is done. - Nurse Manager Crossover Health Employee Review

Pros

Compensation is typically higher than average for other primary care/ambulatory care practice.

Cons

The medical group executive leadership and account management run the company. Catering to the needs of clients at the expense of employees who are actually the backbone of their business model. Major layoffs and silly reorganization over the last 2 years. LVN is running the largest account in the company? With MSN/BSN nurses being laid off, demoted, or reporting up to unqualified LVN . Definitely a “who’s who” culture and if you’re liked, you’re saved. Qualifications and skill set don’t matter. No structure to protect or support lower level managers with staffing, HR problems. Hide finances and real decisions are made behind closed doors. Constant change that doesn’t equate to a good ROI. THE TECHNOLOGY IS TERRIBLE. Data unreliable, slow, and they refuse to invest in systems that are known to work. CEO only pops out on virtual meetings to give phony updates.

Pros

Great co-workers and support from my immediate supervisor. Pay and benefits were also very good, though benefits got progressively downgraded during my four years at the company.

Cons

Employment was dependent on contract with crossover corporate client (Amazon). This led to being laid off once, then rehired, then asked to expand hours. After that, there was no feeling of stability.
