Smells really good inside factory

My house burnt down and I ask for a few days off to be able to find new clothes, place to stay etc. They seemed fine when I called in but the 2nd day they called to say they were letting me go. You only get paid 11 per hour and bi weekly pay. They only pay more if your part of the owners family and if your not you surely get treated differently.
