If you are working with this Company then do not work on a Visit visa as they will disregard the term and condition on your initial offer letter and after 3 months they will compel you to work on commission basis without a salary.
They will then take your leads and ask you to leave if you do not agree. The HR has no power.
Every month somebody or the other leaves the organization and thus the company has very very low employee retention rate.
They don't even share the commissions on time with the employees.
Absolutely not employee oriented.
Very old and traditional way of working.
Toxic work atmosphere.
