Pros

Flexible hours, decent salary, like and enjoy the work- dealing with people on the phone. Management is fair and understanding.

Cons

Not enough full time hrs, work is too far from my home and pay could be better. Sometimes late hours.

Pros

The hiring process was rather quick. Rachel, the recruiter then, kept me inform on the application status. My salary was more than what it was advertised. That was great!

Cons

Once Rachel left Crossroads, I didn't have anybody to talk to. Never heard any feedback from the account representative at all and when my assignment was over they didn't have anything else for me.
