Pros
The initial interview was great, basically a well dressed Friday night date with a poor sense of respect and civility. Tell you one statement to your face and at the same time filling razor blades in coat pocket to cut you unexpectedly.
Cons
Toxic atmosphere, no clear vision, no principles, no direction. A unwritten statement of get the job done as long as you don't make upper management look ill equipped to lead.
