Pros

- opportunities to grow - amazing, open-minded and fun people from 30+ countries - family feel in the team - I had a lot of opportunities to partake in decision making and was exposed to senior management from a very early age (23/24), this has taught me a lot - super diverse day-to-day - I developed communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, will definitely build on these in the future - I was relocated to Amsterdam with the company and they helped me in every step - I got the opportunity to shape my function to how I saw it best fitting to the organization - they helped me with training that had a great impact on my professional and personal life - fast paced - never a dull moment!! - very cool location of the office and great perks: massage chair, daily meditation, bootcamp sessions every week, company parties, flexible working hours, daily lunch provided - I met some awesome people here who will be my friends for the rest of my life :)

Cons

- sometimes high pressure and long working hours due to understaffing (of course, that is if you are committed to achieving things) - can come across as chaotic at times since it's fast-paced - due to a repositioning of the company we've had quite some movement in staff

Pros

Fast moving company located in the Amsterdam area. Very strong team culture based on performance. People who perform are rewarded well while others who don't are asked to leave. A nice perk is that lunch is provided daily and hours are flexible for those with kids. Good company for those who perform and training is always provided for those who want it also.

Cons

Because it's fast moving it can be difficult to keep track of everything that is going on all the time and those who are not performing can be a little negative. The company adopts a 'hire slow - fire fast' mentality - frankly, this needs to be implemented more often for those who are performing below par need to leave faster in my view.
