Pros
- Fantastic colleagues (except a few)
- The best workspace I've seen
- Really good employee benefits
- You CAN learn a lot since the team is small and there's a lot to be done
- The CEO is approachable, that's a big plus
- It has a LOT of potential and with the right direction, it can do wonders for its users and for its employees.
Cons
- Lack of long-term vision
- Lack of processes. This means a lot of time is spent doing tasks that may have no to little effect on the company. This also means rules and goals are made up on the go, and similarly discarded.
- Talent management can be better. Some of the best people have left. Doesn't do much to motivate.
- Lack of transparency on product development, employee performance, compensation.
