After dedicating nearly a month to my work, the owner, Leo, unexpectedly terminated my employment without providing a substantial explanation. While I understand that it is within their right to make such decisions, what concerns me is the lack of communication regarding both the termination and my outstanding payment. Despite reaching out, I have not received any clarification. In fact, I have an email from the finance department stating that the payment for my services was not approved by the management. When I inquired about the reasons behind this decision, the finance representative directed me to speak with the management directly, yet they have not offered any insight into the matter. This lack of transparency has left me puzzled and in need of a resolution.
