      This company is full of really down to earth and nice people. You will learn a lot and be pushed, but also need to push others.

      Cons

      To be competitive, agencies need to promise the moon for dirt cheap. Once you get over this fact, everything else about the company is great

      Pros

      Crowdlinker is a small team of very intelligent product professionals. The company provides 5 weeks of PTO which they encourage everyone to take. The working hours are flexible depending on your time zone and everyone is 100% remote.

      Cons

      Crowdlinker does not have a traditional career ladder which may not be for everyone.
