Managers are partial to specific race (Racial).
Partners have no clue what's going on in the team and they don't consider taking reviews about managers (or they don't pay much attention to the review from the employees).
Managers don't know or don't have the capability to manage a team. No qualification required to become manager (if you stick to CCW for few years anyone can be a manager irrespective of their capabilities).
HR don't listen to employees (very much partial to the management) in any condition.
Prohibition too long (6 months).
If you do join CCW and if your manager is a old chap working with the company for long? Better look for new opportunities before you get disappointed. (He will say thank you on one fine day and he don't give you a proper reason for your termination. You don't get a chance to defined yourself and even partner have no authority to over rule the decision).
