      The people are great to work with. The culture is evolving due to acquisitions but it is still good. The Leadership team truly desires to make a difference.

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
