Crown Crafts has great benefits. We offer a 3.5% match on 401K, along with medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability benefits and vision. We have a stable work environment. A large portion of our employees have been here for 10 years or longer (some 40 years). We offer a great product to the public.

We usually run lean, but the benefit to that is you always have work to do. The organization is focused on the correct amount of staffing so we do not experience layoffs.

The life insurance is decent
