Crown skimps and gives competitors the advantage: First 45 minutes of travel is unpaid, No paid travel home, $550 MAX annual retirement match, health care is expensive, very little paid time off, pay is on the lower side of the scale and they won’t even do the small things like a holiday party (only a party for office personnel, not for the field service techs), Holiday gift is $50 (taxed) that you receive during a meeting. You also get a sense from the office that you are beneath them or a lesser person (may be different in other locations).
Crown is having issues with employee retention. Most likely due to the things listed above and the fact you will never build retirement.
During the pandemic Crown was very quick to make cuts, It seemed premature. No retirement contributions, no overtime, no raises and they took away the birthday bonus.
