Good benefits, clothing allowance, health insurance, vacation time. Can take time off if needed. Good number of vacation days, smaller allowance for sick days. Average pay - flexible in scheduling for special events. Paid training, excellent pro.
Cons
Working conditions can be difficult during very hot or cold weather, have to work outside in many locations. Having to relocate to move up in the company can be frustrating. Need more pay for those who work in areas that have high housing costs (CA)
