Company will fire you without notice. No sick time, company will screw you over raises and a fair wage, no rewards no matter the performance. Health insurance is a joke. Employees blamed for issues, when management doesn’t do their job. Company merged with Revance, but kept the crappy benefits package from Crown and chose to not merge Revance’s much better benefits package…
