Pros
I loved working here. The job itself had a lot of great benefits: you get to set your own hours, generous vacation/sick time, 401k, health benefits (including medical, Senta and vision). Great, AMAZING people to work wit. A great place to get a lot of good experience--management is very willing to let you do whatever you want to do in terms of making decisions about the company's marketing strategies and efforts. Great management style-- very hands off, they really really trust you and value you as an employee.
Cons
Marketing strategy kind of devops as you go, which means you end up doing and re-doing a lot of things; c-level not always on the same page.
It's honestly hard for me to think of bad things to say about working here. It's a great place to work.
