Thank you for your feedback -- as CTS evolves, so too will the leadership team. Compensation & benefits are assessed on a yearly basis in order to maintain pace with the demands of the local economy.
While our career pathing is still forming in terms of strategy, the truly talented are recognized and propelled. The folks that do well at CTS (and in many other places) are those that show initiative and a desire to grow. Sometimes people give up on themselves long before they give up on their employer.
