Used to be Better - Anonymous employee Crown Vision Employee Review

Company morale is going downhill fast. It is very obvious, yet upper management shows no indication of improvement. Contests, spiffs and a couple company events only offer temporary relief. Everyone is micro-managed. Executive Management Team is never in the business but only behind the scenes. Pay is very low. There are a lot of people not qualified for management positions yet they are given management roles. Training programs change quarterly it seems and offer no real training. Favoritism is played at all levels and in all departments.
