Pros

Laid back work environment, flexible schedule, health insurance is okay and other benefits I guess. That’s about all. Nothing else positive to say.

Cons

Poor pay , no raises no matter how long you stay. vacation time is taken from you without notice. They make it so that you will loose your commission even if you give a months notice!! I saw more new reps than customers. People constantly quit. The commission is horrible, if your stay in a small area don’t expect your commission to be more than gas money. Dealt with 3 different store managers who knew nothing and always had to call there manager. The store managers are clueless! And they really need to start drug testing employees!

Cons

Terrible pay since they cut manager bonuses down to hardly anything. They change it up monthly so it’s more difficult to get any money if you operate a slower store. They will not fund events but expect you to come up with quarterly events. So to avoid disciplinary action that means it comes out of your own pocket or is a terrible event to even attempt to put on with no materials or help. No increased pay for having to travel to cover other stores. You’re always replaceable and they don’t care about your health issues. If you have no staff forget about taking maternity leave. I can keep going on and on. Terrible company now. Wasn’t like this 5 years ago!
