The environment is conducive to learning, growing, and professionally developing into a great financial analyst familiar with multiple areas of finance. Supportive in areas of professional development, such as obtaining the CFA designation. The work life balance is the best I have ever experienced.
Cons
As a smaller firm, the company does not have the institutional pillars in place for people that are reactive to developing their careers. It's a place for true self-starters.
