Pros
Subsidized and sometimes free travel.
Interesting experience working with clients around the world. Learning about places to see and things to experience keeps it fresh and fun.
Cons
Cyclical / uneven annual workload and compensation (busy but broke in the winter, paaaaaid but bored in the summer). Recent few years of financial difficulties and overall contraction. Management has not handled the pressure professionally, leading to high turnover throughout 2013 & 2014. Always paid on time and in full though! Just don't expect to be respected / valued for anything more than generating revenue for the company's financial turnaround.
