-Relaxed -Communicative team -Great benefits -Opportunities for continued learning -Good 401K match -Management cares about what we want in terms of our own growth
Cons
-More PTO would be appreciated… I wish vacation time, sick time, and “You” days were just under the umbrella of Flex Time Off and I would prefer a higher starting amount -Low starting salary and not a lot of room for raises or promotions which sorta sucks.. I feel like I was lowballed but I enjoy my work and my team so I stay. -Instead of yearly 3% raises I think it should be 6-7% raises to actually cover for inflation…
