      Pros

      The overall atmosphere at C&F is positive. People don’t leave their jobs because they like it here. That is unheard of in the industry. The Benefits are great. Internal promotions. Remote work. It’s a great place to work!

      Cons

      None really to speak of. It’s still insurance so you have some challenges that come with any insurance job.
